Choose your venue and event date using the search bar on our homepage or any venue page. You'll see available spaces with prices and walking distances. Pick one, pay securely online, and you'll get a confirmation email with the full address and directions straight to your phone.

Spaces typically become available as soon as event dates are confirmed — usually a few weeks ahead. We'd recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular events and weekend dates. The best spaces go quickly.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely. You'll receive a receipt by email immediately after booking.

No. Your booking confirmation is digital. We send everything to your email and you can access it on your phone. The space owner knows you're coming — just turn up and park.

Yes. Just make sure you enter the correct vehicle registration and the driver's contact details when booking. We'll send the confirmation to both the booker and the driver.

Arrival & Departure

You can arrive up to 3 hours before the event. We'd recommend arriving at least 60 to 90 minutes beforehand to avoid the worst of the traffic and give yourself time to walk to the venue. Your booking confirmation will include the exact access times for your specific space.

You have up to 2 hours after the event ends to collect your car. That gives you plenty of time to enjoy the atmosphere, grab some food, or wait for the traffic to die down. In practice, most people leave within an hour.

Your booking confirmation includes the full address, postcode, and step-by-step directions. We also include a map link that works with Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Waze. If you have any trouble finding it on the day, our support team is just a message away.

Most of our spaces are within a 5–15 minute walk of the venue. The exact distance is shown on each listing so you can choose one that works for you. We don't list spaces that require a long trek — the whole point is to make your event day easier, not harder.

Your space is reserved for the full booking window. However, if you leave the space, access may be affected by event day road closures in the area. We'd recommend staying at the venue and collecting your car afterwards.

Cancellations & Changes

Yes. Cancel up to 24 hours before the event for a full refund. No questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we'll do our best to rebook your space and issue a credit for a future booking.

If an event is officially cancelled or rescheduled, you'll get a full automatic refund. You don't need to contact us — we monitor event schedules and handle it. You can then rebook for the new date when spaces become available.

If you need to swap to a different space, just cancel your current booking (free if more than 24 hours out) and book a new one. If you need help or the timing is tight, drop us a message and we'll sort it out.

Refunds are processed immediately and typically appear in your account within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as the refund is issued.

Safety

Our spaces are on private land managed by professional parking operators — car parks, yards, and gated areas near the venue. They're properly managed and significantly safer than parking on a random side street.

Our support team is available on every event day. If you can't find your space, have an issue with access, or anything else comes up, just contact us through your booking confirmation. We respond quickly — we know time matters when you're trying to get to the venue.

Yes. We only work with professional parking operators and landowners. We visit every site, check the location, and make sure it's suitable and safe for event parking. We don't list anything we wouldn't park in ourselves.

For Space Owners

We partner with operators and landowners who can provide 10 or more parking spaces near a stadium or arena. We list your spaces across the biggest online parking marketplaces, putting them in front of thousands of event-goers. We handle all bookings, customer service, and on-the-day operations. Payment terms are agreed as part of the partnership setup. We discuss rates, schedules, and payment frequency when we assess your site — everything is transparent and agreed before we start.

Yes. We agree an event schedule when we set up the partnership. If you need your site for other purposes on certain dates, no problem — we'll work around your availability. Flexibility is built into the arrangement.

Event-goers heading to nearby venues — families, regular visitors, concert-goers, people heading to the game or the show. Every driver is verified before they book. We collect their name, vehicle registration, and contact details. We manage all customer communications so you don't have to deal with anyone directly.

Just make sure the site is clear and accessible. We handle all bookings, directions, and customer communications. Drivers know exactly where to park and when. You don't need to be on-site unless you want to be.

We keep things straightforward. The agreement covers the rate per space, the event schedule, and responsibilities. No long lock-ins — either side can end the arrangement with reasonable notice. We'll walk you through everything before you sign anything.
